We don't know exactly what Acumatica changes can cause such GI issues.
Fix:
When hitting OData obscure data extraction issues, do the following before escalating the issue:

For backup purposes, duplicate the ETL table having GI weird extraction issues

Delete the ETL table
-
Re-map the table into ETL

Re-import the table
