“On-premises” is the formal and preferred term.

• “on-prem” may be used as a shorthand, especially after “on-premises” has been used the first time. On Premises, On-Premise, On-prem & variants

• For the spoken word “on premise” is acceptable for reasons outlined in On Premises, On-Premise, On-prem & variants
