Can't write email because output file not found — When Tableau has a problem running a report, view, dashboard or workbook in Tableau Web Server then Tableau may not put out an output file for DSA Cloud AD to process.

404 Not Found

The URL in the Report & Distribution Commands URL column can’t be found in Tableau Web Server.
The required formatting of the URL column varies depending on the version of Tableau.

More recent versions of Tableau.

views/ and everything to the left of views/ should be eliminated.

Failed to create a VizQl session on the the server

The URL in the Report & Distribution Commands URL column is improperly formed.

More recent versions of Tableau.

Remove file extensions such as .pdf from the URL.
