The DataSelf ETL connects to Providex-based Sage 100 data via a 32-bit or 64-bit ODBC DSN. If the Sage 100 location changes, you will need to change the paths within the DSN that is already created. You can copy the paths from the SOTAMAS ODBC DSN on a workstation that has just logged into the new location.
The DSN is always in the SYSTEM tab, and usually named DS_SAGE100 .
Change the ODBC DSN to use the new paths to the new location.
The most frequent issue is that the network security is preventing access to the server that holds Sage 100's data. The ODBC DSN’s access needs to be tested using the DataSelf ETL+ Agent services user since that will be running the automated refresh job.
