Full AI, Selective AI, or No AI—Your choice

DataSelf Now lets your organization decide how AI is used. Enable full AI capabilities, select only the features you need and who can use them, or disable AI entirely. You remain in control of the data AI can access and the actions it is authorized to perform.

No AI

AI is completely disabled. No data or metadata is shared with or accessed by an AI model.

With AI

  • AI can access authorized transaction data to answer questions, explain results, and create analyses. Examples:

• AI for Metadata and Business Definitions

Standard and Advanced plans include DataSelf MCP+, enabling supported AI assistants to work with governed DataSelf data and metadata. Advanced configurations can also support a client’s own AI or LLM account.

Fast Deployment

DataSelf Now automates much of the work traditionally required to provision an analytics environment.

1. Create Your Account: Enter your organization and administrator information, verify your business email, and select a unique DataSelf Now ID. Your application URL will follow this format: yourcompany.apps.dataself.com

2. Select Your Plan: Choose Free, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise according to your reporting, AI, customization, refresh, user, and infrastructure requirements.

3. Connect Your Source System: Select an available connector and provide the required connection information. For Acumatica, DataSelf Now uses a read-only OData connection. Additional connection methods and source systems may be available depending on the plan.

4. Select Analytics Packages: Choose the available industry and use-case packages that best match your organization. Packages may include prebuilt data models, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.

5. Deploy: Review your selections, accept the DataSelf End-User License Agreement, and deploy your application. A typical site can be created in approximately five minutes. The initial data load may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on the source system, selected history, data volume, and connection performance. Subsequent refreshes typically complete in minutes.

DataSelf will email you when your DataSelf Now application has been deployed. And then when your initial source data load has been completed.

Users and Security

DataSelf Now supports distinct responsibilities for administration, data design, report publishing, and report viewing.

Microsoft Entra business authentication is supported, with additional authentication options planned. Advanced and Enterprise configurations can provide more granular access, row-level security, database security, and other enterprise controls.

Your data is securely hosted by DataSelf on trusted AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized users.
