ETL+ Web Header

The following is the web browser’s ETL+ Web header:

  • ETL+ Logo

    • ETL+ Web release: YYYY.MM.RRR (where RRR is the minor release number).

    • Mouse over the logo to see the Packaged and Individual Engine’s versions and release dates.

  • Menu options

    • ETL: access to the ETL page. On the sample screenshot, the ETL page is selected. This can also been seen by the “/etl” from the ETL Web URL: etl.dataself.com/etl.

    • LOG: access to the Log page

    • JOB: access to the Job page

    • USER: access to the User page

    • SETTING: access to the SETTING page

    • UTILITY: dropdown to access utilities

    • TZ: dropdown to access UI time zone settings

  • Tags dropdown

    • Allows the filtering objects based on their Tag assignment. Only available on certain pages.

  • Websocket status (green circle = ON; blinking = offline)

  • Data Warehouse information

    • Dw: [data warehouse SQL instance address].[database name]

    • ? - mouse over to view dw details

    • Master: <master’s device name> and toggle to turn it’s ETL+ Windows Service ON/OFF

  • ETL+ Entity dropdown (sample screenshot: demo_etl_plus - 1241, v26)

    • Label: <Entity ID> - <Entity PK>, <ETL+ Desktop version (v23 or v26)>

    • Some pages like ETL Page only accept one entity on this dropdown.

    • Some pages like LOG and JOB accept multiple entities (if available)

    • Click the dropdown to view <Entity ID>, <Entity PK>, <Entity Name> <ETL+ Desktop version>

  • Metadata button (sample screenshot: DW3): Defines the ETL+ Desktop Metadata Server connected to this ETL+ Web session. This information is also available on the ETL+ Web URL, parameter m=<Metadata ID>.

  • Logged User button (sample screenshot: JG): shows the initials of the logged user. Click the button to view the logged in user’s email and Log Out option.
