KPI: A key performance indicator. Examples: a Report such as "Yearly Revenue"; a Dashboard widget (e.g., a chart from the GA4 Demographics dashboard); a semantic model measure (e.g., Total Users from the _GA_DemographicRegion semantic model); a semantic model dimension (e.g., the Region dimension that provide the list of regions from a semantic model).

Semantic Model

Semantic Models allow users to easily and quickly perform ad hoc analysis and customize reports, dashboards, and stories. A properly deployed Semantic Model will contain data from your GA system refreshed on a schedule (e.g., every night, hour, or minute).

A Power BI Semantic Model contains data and a data model that prepares your raw data for powerful reporting. Semantic Models include dimensions, hierarchies, measures, and parameters that can be used in reporting. Semantic Models' data come from source systems' tables (e.g., Item table from your ERP) and are modeled via Power BI Desktop.
