DFT Templates - Source Agnostic

DataSelf’s DFT templates let you connect data from virtually any source to your DFT-based Single Point of Truth (SPOT) with minimal disruption to your reporting tools.
For example, customer data feeds into the D_Customer DFT dimension in the data warehouse, which drives reporting in Power BI, Excel, and other tools. The raw customer data may originate from multiple systems—such as ERP, CRM, or Excel—and can evolve over time.
Yet, because reports and analytics reference the D_Customer dimension as the SPOT, you can update or replace data sources with minimal changes to your existing models and reports in Power BI and other tools.
