Transformation (Reimports, zData Warehouse)

The Transformation section (green box) works similarly as a source connector, with the main difference that the source is the entity’s data warehouse.

In other words, this is a dedicated source connector to reimport data from the data warehouse and apply transformations.

In ETL+ Desktop, this section is named zData Warehouse (Reimports).

When properly designed, these reimports will process at top speed because they are done within the same MS SQL databased. Also, they don’t affect your other source systems’ performance.
